A Note to the Parents

Dear Parents,

At Sri Saradha Memorial Matric Hr. Sec. School, we believe that a child's education is most effective when there is a strong partnership between the school and the home. To ensure your child's holistic development, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

Parents are encouraged to meet the Principal or the concerned teachers strictly between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for academic discussions or clarifications.

Please take complete responsibility for reviewing your child’s homework regularly and ensure that the handbook is signed each day as required.

Any grievances or suggestions should be directed to the school management rather than the class teacher, to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution.

Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms or speak with teachers during class hours, as it disrupts the learning environment.

Food Guidelines

To promote health and hygiene, we request parents to follow these food-related instructions:

• Lunch must be sent from home, as the school does not provide meals.
• Kindly pack nutritious and familiar food that your child is comfortable eating.
• Avoid over-packing; ensure that the quantity is manageable for your child.
• Please include two clean napkins and any necessary spoon or fork with the lunchbox.
